Thanks for clicking on my “About Me” page. I appreciate your interest in me and my writing.
I suppose we all want to know what makes another person tick or a writer write.
I’m a child of the 80s, a typical GenXer; rebellious, cynical, independent, and hard-working.
I graduated from college with a B.A. in Philosophy because, at the time, I thought it was the only degree that made any sense. I may have retained less than everything I studied, but I like to believe I learned how to think, however, I know I could be wrong about that.
I later went on to get my Juris Doctorate and for a couple of decades, I worked as a trial attorney. When I found myself writing poems and stories during court proceedings, I knew it was time to make a change.
I write to understand the world, myself, and others; to find new stories and see how they unfold. I’m presently compiling a book, or maybe two, of poetry and working on two very different novels.
